Each of our professionals, a team of four experienced neutrals, is dedicated to thorough preparation prior to the mediation or arbitration to assure our clients that they are fully acquainted with the facts of the case. We provide a Confidential Settlement form to assist counsel to efficiently present the necessary information and to define the issues in their case.
